Luci Belknap, M.A.
Psychologist
I am a trans non-binary registered clinical psychologist who works individually with adults (18+) who are experiencing post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, and dissociative disorders, including Dissociative Identity Disorder. I specialize in 2SLGBTQIA+ health, and work from an anti-oppression framework to provide the best care possible for folks belonging to marginalized groups. I am on the Autism Spectrum and work especially well with neurodiverse clients (e.g., ASD and ADHD).
I use an empathy and EMDR approach tailored to fit each client's specific needs. My training is rooted in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems. I also have professional training in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.
I received my Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from York University, and my Master of Arts in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto.
I use they/them pronouns.
